The dress is black, except for the white section at the neck, and is made from a slight stretchy material. The neck of the dress ties at the back.
The headpiece is in three parts. A padded foam collar (Velcro fastening), a balaclava style open face hood, and a padded foam hat. The foam hat has Velcro on the inside to hold it in place on the hood.
