This blue eyed adult penguin costume comes to us all the way from America. A bargain of a costume for its price point. Costume includes penguin suit with attached bow-tie and open face headpiece, and boot tops.
The body is designed to be worn like a pullover. Your arms fit in the wings. There is a hole for your hand about two thirds of the way down each wing, so you can eat and drink while wearing this costume.
The boot tops fasten with Velcro at the heel, and have an elastic stirrup. Just wear them over your own shoes.
You may wish to stuff tissue paper into the beak and tail for extra padding.
